MorDHA Prenatal is a 80% Omega-3 fish oil supplement containing a minimum of 480mg of DHA and EPA per soft-gel. DHA supports normal eye and brain development of the foetus and breastfed infants*. A beneficial effect is obtained if pregnant and lactating women consume 200mg DHA per day on top of the recommended daily intake of 250mg EPA + DHA for adults.* MorDHA Prenatal has been made for pregnant women, with a higher amount of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) than EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), as growing foetuses have a greater need for DHA than EPA as it helps with the development of the brain, eyes and cell fluidity.
